I use it regularlyThe size is perfect for exercise and it is lightweight to carry.Would definitely purchase again. ### ⭐ DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE BAD JOINTS *by A***N on 4 August 2020* Firstly you can buy this product for £70 from other sellers I chose to pay more for the quick delivery and it was not delivered on time. I requested a refund the company did everything possible to talk me out of it, the accepted my request after I contacted amazon and have now cancelled my refund request. The rebounder folds to open it simply lye it down on the floor put one foot each side and gently open it (don't press too hard or it will tip)As for performance it's awful the bungees aren't right and make the mat pretty solid it doesn't get a good bounce at all and is not good my knees (I have cfs/me so I have a lot of joint problems ) I have tried loosening the cords on the sides so the bungees only go through every other tab but now its to soft all in all disappointing will contact amazon for refund and buy a better quality one ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant product *by Y***I on 19 June 2020* I really liked the product.
