I had purchased a replacement filter before ( not Unicel) and was very disappointed. The folds in the filter were not evenly distributed and did not feel it was made of good quality. Matter of fact it did not last long. From everything I have read on Unicel, I expect to get exactly what I expect from a quality filter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good fit for Sta-rite *by D***E on March 13, 2012* I purchased this for my Sta-rite filtration system and it was a perfect fit. It's been working well for over a month now. I've cleaned it twice so far and noticed it is holding up well.Edit: 9 months later and it's still holding up strong. No problems with water quality or with the filter falling apart. I run my pump on average 8-9 hours a day and have been doing so for 9 months straight on this filter. It was a good purchasing decision for a quality product. ### ⭐ Three months and it’s falling apart. It’s ill fitting as well. This filter is poorly made *by E***E on August 31, 2024* I purchased this three months ago and the first thing I noticed was that it didn’t fit properly. It’s an inch or so too tall. I managed to jam it in there. Now, after three months, it’s falling apart. The fins (some of them) are sticking together, other fins are broken away from the center piece of the housing. This filter is absolute garbage and a rip off.
