I use them at home for leftovers or sending food to others. They are sturdy and last a very long time. I wash mine by hand to keep them in the best condition possible yet I have put them in the dishwasher and they come out great. I microwave, freeze and refrigerate them. The lids fit good and keep refrigerated foods good and fresh longer than other containers.
