I really like the feel of this rope. It's a good weight and I can quickly get into a fast rhythm. The handles might be a bit small. I have small hands and they fit well in them. I wonder if they might feel too small in larger hands. The little knobs to shorten the rope work well, and even with 5 inches hanging off both ends, I didn't have any problem with it. I didn't hit myself at all. The carrying pouch is nice and a convenient way to store the rope when it's not in use. This rope felt like the same high quality that I've used at my boxing gym.**I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
