Would the bottom surface scratch a table, etc.?** A: The bottom surface does not move so it should not scratch any surface. You would need a strong adhesive to attach something to the top and the surface is not smooth so the grooves that are there to provide grip would need to be filled in with the adhesive. **Q: Can it be used for game boards... ie: Scrabble?** A: Yes it could be used for a game board **Q: The 2nd and 3rd pictures show the item disassembled. Is it easy to disassemble?** A: They do come assembled so I didn't have to disassemble the unit **Q: What’s the RPM?** A: As fast as you can push an object on it. I use it for a computer monitor in my office and it moves very easily with a 27" monitor.
