But it's unclear in the slightly blurry product image that the portion size is actually 1/4 cup. That's like three bites. Three bites and you're done. And still hungry. My other keto/atkins cereals and nut granolas are all 1/3 to 1/2 cups per serving. So if you are watching carbs/fat/protein, it's a mixed bag. You can eat twice as much of a competitors cereal. Which suggests that the blurred image is intentionally hiding the fact that the portions are too small, and that the carb/fat/protein numbers are misleading when compared to competitors. If this product was broken down by a 1/3 cup like most granola cereals, the numbers would be higher and from a diet standpoint it would look less competitive.But it really does taste great! It arrives, however, like grain or large sand - almost nothing but tiny fragments, very few chunks.
