It claims to nourish, reduce puffiness, and reduce dark circles under your eyes. I have been using this under my eyes every night for a few weeks and here is what I've noticed. 1. Nourishing: Normally, the skin under my eyes looks a tad dry, almost like crepe paper at times. This has totally gone away since using this cream, so I LOVE the nourishing feature here. 2. Reduce Puffiness: I don't generally have very puffy eyes, unless I'm suffering from sinus issues and allergies. I didn't notice any difference and did have puffiness when allergies flared up, so I'm not entirely convinced of the claim to reduce puffiness, though different people have puffiness for different reasons, so this may be just me. 3. Reduce Dark Circles Under Eyes: Ok, this is the one that REALLY disappointed me. I inherited my dark circles from my Dad, whom I love dearly, but I really really dislike my dark circles.
