They are super glittery and write so very smooth, with no scratchiness at all. The colors are so pretty and pop. No duplicates in either 10 pack. Smooth, flawless coloring, with wide tip for smooth coverage in large areas. Cons: Found some air bubbles in quite a few of the pens. The ink bled through regular notebook paper, but only slightly. It doesn't dry very quickly, it will smear some if you're not careful. Not a fine tip, so intricate work is not suitable for these....it will bleed outside the lines. Both packs are identical, but it was stated that way. I came across an air bubble in one of the pens as I was coloring, but was pleased when it only stopped for second, and then continued coloring without missing a beat (thus why I didn't take away a star for it).
