**Q: Is it washable?**
A: I wouldn't say washable but as the pain is vinyl it can be wiped down with a damp cloth, provided you don't scrub it or leave the pain saturated for extended periods it should be fine.  I would always dry the area off once I have wiped it.

**Q: Will it cover vinyl paint**
A: Should be good if your painting over old vinyl mat I didn't have any problems colin sw London
