After a long day at office I use it to relieve the tension in my upper neck and back muscles. First, using a pulling motion, then a rubbing up-down motion - helps so much. The triangular size is awesome on the calves and thighs. Only issue I have is the "hook" on one end is too small, once you put it over your shoulder there's no room to massage - should be a bit wider. Can't imagine how larger males with wider shoulders could use that part. Wish it came in a larger size.
