Bulldog loves her new bed. It is soft and the stuffing has a nice medium loft. I'm glad I ordered the XXL as it gives her plenty of room to stretch out without hanging off the edge of the bed. The bed took a couple of weeks to ship but I was advised of that ahead of time. It arrived in good condition and "plumped up" after it was removed from the packaging. The cover appears durable and can be removed for washing. Unfortunately, when I opened the "XXL dog bed" it was actually smaller than the dog bed I had already bought at Costco - for only $20! My great dane needed this bed and her old bed together to keep from having parts on the floor, and she isn't the largest of her breed.
