How can it be used for 3/8" drive? If you turn it the right way to use it, you can't read the scale.** A: We always used the upper lug for reading the scale when you have a nut or bolt facing downwards and you are above it. I have no idea why they made it 3/8 instead of 1/2. You have to buy adapters to get around the wrench lug size to socket size. But of course if you are working heavy pulls then it's best to have a 1/2" on all. **Q: Plan on using this for a few rear end builds. Is this accurate enough?** A: Has it been accurate so far? **Q: Adapter fit - when I push the adapter all the way in, no matter the orientation/side, my adapter seems to "pop" out 2mm = anyone else?** A: Make sure the ball on the wrench is loose and not stuck in . It is spring loaded to catch the machined indentation inside the adapter. mine fits very tight. I just used it in 10 degree F weather and it functioned fine. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quite accurate/well made/slightly hard to read/solid value *by C***. on May 2, 2019* Before I get into specifics, I'll strat out by saying I absolutely recommend this. It's accurate to within error, it's well made, and the price is absurdly low. It's not perfect, mind you, but it's a very solid value. Thoughts: 1. I have no idea what some of the reviewers are talking about when asking how to use this with 3/8; it comes with a 3/8 attachment, as you can see in my photo. 2. Along the lines of my first point, I also have no idea what the the reviews are talking about that say this can't be used both ways or if you use the 3/8 attachment, you can't see the torque readout. That's simply not the case. Whether attaching the 3/8 or using the 1/2, at no time are you forced to read the torque from behind or backward. 3. One of the reasons I subtracted a star is because the handle is simply not very comfortable. 4. The other reason I subtracted a star is because the torque readout is hard to read due to small print. However, this is a huge torque range so it's understandable. What I did, was simply take a washable marker and mark the spec I needed just a little bolded with a yellow highlighter. Works fine and washes off, if your vision isn't perfect like mine. 5. It's accurate. I torque several things and had my uncle verify with his torque wrenches(very accurate and high dollar). It was never more than 2% off. In sum, come on, this is under $20 and accurate; what more could you possibly want? I absolutely resoundingly recommend this.
