The action is OK, and about what you would expect for a cheap keyboard. Review: I know -- I love old typewriters) - I bought this purely for the clicking sound, not the gaming aspects. (yes, I know -- I love old typewriters). It makes a great noise -- and the keys have a good 'bounce'. I miss my volume control from my other keyboard. Sometimes, also, it feels like a key will 'miss'.... that may be my fault because I am not used to having to press so hard. Very happy with the purchase. I frequently get compliments on it from my guests. The keys are also delightfully clicky, which was part of what I was looking for in a keyboard. I dont know what it is about those noisy keys, but I just love them. They making typing a pleasure. The keyboard is propped up on rubber feet, and because of the weight of the aluminum frame, it does not move or slide around, staying firmly anchored where you want it. All in all, I'd say this is a very good price for a keyboard of this quality.
