Super simple biofeedback device for training yourself to meditate or reduce blood pressure

*by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2019*

I was a little skeptical that it was going to make that much of a difference — a lot of other biofeedback devices are a lot bigger and more complex. But the simplicity of this device is one of the great things about it. You hold it, it syncs with one of five apps (one that shows you the raw data, and four games that give you feedback on your stress level with fun visuals. My meditation sessions have slowly been getting better, with more time spent in a calm state of mind than when I started. And it’s an option to do it in quick breaks throughout the day, 2 minutes here and 2 minutes there, if you want to train frequently to reduce stress while working. I love it!

    Useless and Pointless

Useless device. Arrived used. Obviously someone else thought it was useless before me. Sent it back.
