The actual color is softer and less vibrant than the photo, which I prefer. The undertone is slightly less warm as well. It doesn't seem like a long lasting piece... stitching is obvious on some parts and the fabric sort of gathers oddly when I try to lay it out. Weird that these things cost $20-$30 for such a little piece of fabric, I guess because they are in high demand. I like the style, so I bought 2. Some people say to order 2 to 3 sizes up. I can't speak to other shades, but the light pink shade doesn't run that small. I sized up from a medium to a large and it was fine, not too tight in the arms (coming from someone with chubby arms). I'm a little self conscious about my arms in sleeveless dresses, and this helps me feel more comfortable while adding a pop of color to my mostly neutral wardrobe. I have small boobs, so buttoning this was no issue, but it also wasn't baggy. Still keeping an eye out for this style if I can find it in better quality fabric, but this will do just fine this summer! I'm not mad at it, ordered another in black. I might get other shades, it's just hard to pick since most seem different than the colors pictured.
