Review: It sucks - It sucks. I like it has a spin brush. Leaves vacuum lines on my couch. Kinda loud, but not bad. Seems well made so far and easy to dump the dirt out. Battery life is not great so don’t expect to do any big cleans with this, but for small quick spills it works great. Also my toddler likes to use it as a regular vacuum on the floor with the spin brush so any free cleaning services are appreciated.

I have owned this hand vac for a year and the suction is consistent and amazing. It hold a charge for a week and blinks when it’s getting low on charge. It’s easy to empty and to clean the filter. It’s durable and easy t use. The noise level is commensurate to its effectiveness and certainly a great value for the money. I will never use a different brand. It’s the perfect hand vac to complete the job of my robot and large vacuum. It reaches beside toilets, behind my freestanding tub and around and behind end tables. Such a time saver I’ve bought it for my daughters for their home that have pets and they also say it’s the best handheld vac they’ve ever owned. BUY IT!

**Q: Does it have an on/off button or do you have to hold it down to use it?**
A: It has an on/off button. Very good product

**Q: Is this very loud?**
A: Personally,  I do not find it to be very loud.

**Q: Can the lithium-ion battery be replaced?**
A: We would like to inform you that the battery is not replaceable in the Shark UltraCyclone Pro Cordless Handheld Vacuum.

**Q: How is it with dog hair?**
A: I would love to say that it did well but after less than 3 minutes of use, it stopped working. There is no way to charge it, so I have yet to be able to discover its full potential. No instructions included either. I love Shark products but the lack of info on how to charge the vacuum is a big issue. I don't recommend this product at this time.

Love my shark, and that it is wireless. It has great suction, the speed is great as well, and Picks up wonderful. My two issues that could be improved would be the battery life as it does not last longer. The second is making a little easier to open when it’s time to empty.
