My son only uses a Soothie pacifier, so I was really hoping he would take this. It is an orthotic type nipple on there. He actually took this and well looked adorable in my opinion. This pacifier would remind you of a Nuk type pacifier. The nipple is a good quality, not too hard or soft. It has a ring on the front where you could attach a pacifier clip to it. You're not going to want to loose this 1! Also when it's in your little 1's mouth it's not heavy. It does look like it could be, but my son had no issues of a droopy mouth while he had it in.What a fun little present for a baby shower or snag 1 for you little guy.
