They are especially great for children with sensitive skin or need 100% cotton clothing. When the mittens are flipped closed, the inner layer of cotton prevents fingers from scratching, while the outer layer of silk glides over the skin reducing skin damage. ScratchMeNot Flip Mitten Sleeves - Sensitive are made of silk & cotton mittens, designed especiallly for those with eczema. They are made for children that scratch or rub themselves consistently due to skin irritation. It may be surprising to know that no matter how often or how short chlldren's nails are clipped, they can still scratch themselves painfully well. From eczema to chronic scratching, your child's skin has a chance to heal without the interference of little fingers scratching and damaging their skin. ScratchMeNots can be used as eczema mittens or to prevent hair pulling, thumb-sucking and more. They can also be used alongside any necessary medications or creams. "This product is pure genius and absolutely wonderful!! ....This has been a life saver and a miracle! My little one would claw and hurt her face because her itching was so bad. My son has eczema on his face and will scratch himself to soothe to sleep. These fit SO well and has great stretch. I like you can fold back the sleeves to have access to hands without taking off the sleeves, though that wasn't a feature I ended up using for my son. The silk is soft, but it can wear through after a few months if my son had a rough time sleeping otherwise my son could potentially outgrow them like he has previous sleeves. I'm sad this company hasn't been actively making more to sell. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend *by M***A on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on January 16, 2020* My granddaughter has severe eczema and this has been a Godsend for her to sleep. I recommend these highly. I’ve tried cheaper items that are similar but these are absolutely worth the money high quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must have for kids with eczema! *by X***G on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on March 15, 2020* Not very easy to dry due to layers. I bought three to rotate. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/200920368-scratchmenot-flip-mitten-sleeves-sensitive-organic-cotton-baby-boys-girls](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/200920368-scratchmenot-flip-mitten-sleeves-sensitive-organic-cotton-baby-boys-girls) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
