Until I had these my 14ft x 8 ft pool was just for the kids.With these now, we can all go for a continuous swim which is fantastic exercise.I leave these attached to the structure of the pool and off I go.Suggest anyone buying these also buy a full face snorkel with integrated breathing.If you do a continuous swim in a small pool like mine you get a lot of "chop" which makes breathing to the side difficult.
