**Q: is it one or two complete dsrv models? box says 2 description says one**
A: Hello, Raymond here.  When I opened my kit, there were only enough parts to build one complete kit.  I have the instruction sheet in front of me, and it says Fx2 and Px2 (P for Photo etched,
F for plastic parts).  If the company meant for 2 complete kits, they left out the second kit in the box that I purchased.  My advice is, only rely on getting the one kit.  Sincerely:  Raymond

    Good model of a DSRV

Good model of a DSRV, but the small size of the parts (especially the photo etched brass) makes it difficult to assemble using Crazy Glue.The assembly tends to be hit or miss, and tiny brass propellers (8 of them) must be picked up with a pointed, wet paint brush and applied tothe model for accurate placement.  It would have been better to make the model in a larger scale for ease of assembly.  Also, small brassparts tend to bend easily when removing them from the pattern before assembly.  Tweasers a must.  Crazy glue often applied with a sharpenedtoothpick.

    Dissapointing

This is a serious disappointment. I thought the model would be at least 6" long, but it is so small you need a magnifying glass and tweezers for the largest pieces. If built it would fit on a charm bracelet. Will not be building this model, if I sneeze I will lose half the parts. I served on the real DSRV 1, so disappointed!!!

In case you thought you were ordering something good, this model is about 1” long and around the diameter of a pencil. On the bright side, it showed up ahead of schedule so I guess there’s that.
