**Q: How much assembly is required for this?  I want to get it for my dad, but he's 80 and I don't want it to frustrate him.**
A: Not a lot. I bought this for my Mom who is 75 and not the least bit mechanically inclined.  She had it together in no time.  The only part she had difficulty with was adjusting the vanes.  It won't spin unless they're adjusted properly, but I'm sure your Father is more handy than my Mother.

**Q: Where is this made?**
A: Germany

**Q: The wooden paddles keep falling out - is there a trick for this? Also, a trick for getting it to spin? And the piece at the bottom to spin?**
A: I haven't had that issue, to get the piece to spin you need to put the candles in the holders and light them.  The heat makes the fan move and the center as well
