Apparently now I'm "ineligible" for a refund. Also, I went to check the date of my negative review of the product to discover my review has been DELETED (not by me). How violent of Amazon. I'm actually going to use the opportunity as a chance to stop using Amazon for future purchases unless I'm obligated for work. And I'll be researching alternative suppliers for all work related needs.My original review basically said:"Not stoked, can't useSo... All I can say so far is that 1) it's a little wobbly in the joints, and 2) it's missing a piece called a "safety wedge" and came with an extra washer that doesn't seem to belong anywhere. The safety wedge is supposed to sit in the door frame to ensure that the bar doesn't fall off the door frame.
