The lines are thin and precise, too. **Q: Is the ink waterproof?** A: It’s a gel so no. It’ll smear if liquid gets on it. **Q: How do these comare to hi tec c maika pens?** A: I bought a few of the Maikas thinking they have a better designed look. I don't like them nearly as much. The feel of holding the pen is not nearly as nice as the traditional Pilot Hi-Tec C. I gave the ones I bought away. **Q: do these pens bleed through thin paper (like bible pages) ?** A: They don't bleed through.
