Instead I bought this item as a visual token to help me manage my prescribed medications. After taking my morning pills, I put the gold-banded ring in a bowl so I can remember that I’ve taken them. When I take my evening pills, I remove the gold-banded ring and replace with the blue-banded ring. “Rings” are nice for this purpose because they can be hung on hooks inside the cupboard where I keep the meds. These tokens are perfect for my purposes. The rings themselves are light in weight, modern-looking, well-crafted and durable.
