I really wanted to love it but I don't. It's difficult to position between my shoulder blades, and you can't lay on your back and roll over it as easily as the pictures make it look; and I'm a reasonably fit 30-something. It hurts if you try that, and wiggles out of position easily. Even using it against the wall was awkward to position and keep in place, even when rolling slowly and deliberately. I'm sure it's a useful product for some people's uses, but not for me and my shoulder tension. Seems like a high quality product though, and I like the company philosophy quite a bit.
