If anything changes, ie; irritation, redness, or anything unusual, I will update this review but for now it’s perfect!——-It’s been about 2 weeks. I still love them. They do fall out of my nose a lot when sleeping but I think they just get caught on the cloth of my blanket. No infections. No irritations. However, the other jewels don't have enough of a "bulb" on the end to stay in. If you have had issues with nose bones falling out, definitely buy these but know that not all of them will stay in.Also, the 3 mm size is fantastic if you want something that people can actually see versus looking like a little spark of glitter.Original...So, this is my third attempt at finding nose bones that aren't so small that they just fall out.There are some variations in size within my order and the first 2 I tried were comfortable, though they very easily slid in and out, meaning they would inevitably end up falling out. However, the 3rd one I tried was a little tough to get in, which is how I know that it will stay.
