I'm taking Serenia plus Restful Sleep and I am sleeping better than I have in many years, perhaps two decades. There must be something to this Traditional Chinese Medicine. If you have sleep difficulties, especially of long standing, I'd recommend giving these two products a try. I found that the Restful Sleep, while it is good on its own, works better when taken with the Serenia. Just wish they were a little less expensive.
