Ask for expiry date before buying! *by A***G on 1 April 2022* This milk tastes exactly how powdered milk should taste. I gave 4 stars for two reasons: 1) There is an additive in this milk called soy lecithin which is probably what gives milk a slightly grainy texture. This is not an issue for me but may be for others. Dried milk without additives should be smooth with a very fine texture, similar to flour (I used to secretly scoop dried milk from the glass jar my mum had in her kitchen in the 90s so I know lol. There weren't many additives in food back then, especially where we lived). 2) The seller seems to consistently get stock with expiry dates within the next few months (I read reviews only after I realised that mine is to expire within the next few months). I ordered mine in March 2022, the expiry date on the tin is Nov 2022. And production date is Nov 2020! Technically, of course, nothing is wrong with it. But like many other customers, I bought this for emergencies when I can't get to shops for fresh milk. So I expect it to last a while!
