The useless elastic "button" straps that come with the bags will cut off the blood circulation to your ankles/feet if you wear them tight enough to hold a half full bag. If you loosen them, the bag will slide down and pull on the catheter ( NOT GOOD !!! ) I spent hours searching the internet and reading revues and weighing the plus's and minus's of the various other straps/holder/etc. options. This one got the best overall reviews and for the price AND free shipping, what did I have to loose. I will have to say, this was probably THE BEST $9 I have ever spent in my life !!! If you wear a leg bag, you already know all of the negative issues but let me tell you, this little inexpensive gadget has made a SIGNIFICANT difference ( for the good ) in my everyday life !! I rated them at four stars because the upper legstrap doesn't have the two bag loops that the lower ankle straps have. So I recently ordered a small and a medium ankle strap, small for my ankle and I'll use the medium for just below my knee (they call it the upper leg strap).
