The straps roll and you don't have any support. I ordered a Medium (per their sizing guide), and these fit perfectly. They are also incredibly comfortable. I can hardly tell I'm wearing anything! The fabric is very nice, soft, stretchy, and lightweight. The bottom band (around the rib cage) and the shoulder straps are wide, so no digging or discomfort. The neckline is not too high and not too low. The cups sit right where they should and provide very good support. The cups are lined (not really padded) with a molded liner that is sewn in and is not removable. I personally like that the liner is not removable because I can't stand fighting with the garment to replace them when they dislodge in the washing machine. I ordered the 3-pack of white, and the white is a true white and not see-through in any way. I plan to order more because I am so happy with these. If you are hesitating, don't.
