One of the most consistent problems that my customers run into is they don't lube the treadmill deck nearly enough. If there is no lubrication between the walking belt and the deck, there is serious friction that develops between them. Just like any machine oil. If there is any silicone content in it, it is very minimum. My treadmill serviceman previously used pure silicone oil from a can. It was thick stuff.When you use THIS oil, if you fold your treadmill up for storage, a lot of the oil drains down from the treadmill surface onto the floor. That's how thin it is. I have to keep a plastic sheet under the treadmill to collect the oil. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not for flow art! *by L***H on Reviewed in India on 9 May 2019* I bought it for developing cells in acrylic pour painting after seeing a review here. It is completely useless for that as you can see in the picture, this was after I used a lot! I would say this is rather low grade silicon oil. But I will use it on my bicycle chain and see what happens. Packaging was not very good, the bottle had leaked a little.
