I now have 2 Nibo (almost 10 years) and 1 Xikar lighter (a few months), each had flameout & starting issues. Read fuel can account for almost 50% of lighter issues. This is the highest refined fuel I could find (Xikar is 4x refined in comparison). IMPORTANT!! - Properly bleed each lighter. There is a great video on Youtube from Xikar on bleeding the feel and the propellant. I filled up with Vector fuel and no issues. Flame was consistent, no flameouts or "hiccupping". I had four or five lighters that all died using the butane you buy anywhere - you know, white can with red top and black lettering. Went to a cheap smoke shop, and that didn't work either.
