Pro-tip: disassemble the neck of the scooter and apply grease to the tiny ball bearings - these are dry when assembled and shipped. Initially, the feel of steering was not smooth, but lubrication was the answer to proper function! Perfect for growing teens or adults (I'm 5'5" and this is MY scooter).
