A: I've had it over a month in miracle grow potting soil and hasn't sprouted yet

**Q: How big do the leaves get?**
A: mine got about 6"

**Q: Is this a pond plant ??**
A: I don't think so.  I've always seen them planted in the ground or in pots.

**Q: Can i start indoors?**
A: I planted mine outside when the earth got warmer.  They’ve grown large, colorful and beautiful.  Love them!

indoors  75 degree average. less than a month had sprouts, which then grew quick.  organic peat mix.  1st leaf looked so cool.  5 more about to burst open .. will update with photos this weekend. I have the red flash bulbs on other side of pot about to burst open too. very cool .. good project to liven up my place
