Great customer service and the product is good when you manage to get it to sit perfectly and fit perfectly. It 100% sure does hurt your armpits. As others said, I wore a soft tee-shirt under it. I can't wear it for long lengths of time because my back and neck are screwed up from slouching. I have military neck, so my neck always hurts and I get horrible headaches from them.
