The Secure Twist Hooks stay attached even if cargo shifts and are easy to use with the spring-loaded latch mechanism. Extra-security stitching ensures peace of mind. Tie-downs are rated for 2,500 lb working load and 7,500 lb breaking strength. Sold in Pairs
