The heat from the coffee melts it and then I add a tiny bit of my own stevia and some soy milk. Tastes great. It's good for me and gets rid of my hunger.

**Q: is it vegan?**
A: Yes, all of our 70% bars are Vegan!

**Q: Is this just for eating or can you melt it for coating, for example strawberries?**
A: Hey there!  These bars can be used for eating and for melting and coating!  When melting either the baking bar or the chocolate chips, the most important thing is to ensure the chocolate evenly melts and no part of it burns. If the chocolate burns it will start to clump up, and there is really no way to smooth it out after that happens. We find it’s best to break up our Baking Bars or use our Chocolate Chips and heat them over a double boiler over simmering (not boiling) water. Stir the chocolate constantly until totally melted, it only takes a few minutes and the chocolate turns out perfectly smooth and shiny. If any clumping begins to occur, sometimes adding a bit of coconut oil will help. We hope this information is helpful, please let us know if this works for you.

**Q: Will this be shipped with an ice pack during warmer months?**
A: Not if ordered via Amazon Fresh. 
But last summer I ordered 2 bars not on Amazon Fresh list. It cost $14 plus sales tax & arrived in a box with a great little ice pack all wrapped up in bubble wrap. 
It is cheaper to just order on Amazon Fresh for 1 day delivery. It arrives in the same paper bag with my milk & other cold items even with snow & ice outside.

A: I really don't know. I count total carbs.  The net carbs would vary by type of bar. Healthline online says...Summary: Whole foods contain fiber, which can be subtracted when calculating net carbs. Formula: total carbs – fiber = net carbs.May 10, 2017

These are really delicious. Definitely appreciate that they're low sugar, low carb, and taste great. But they are pricey so I probably won't re-order.
