Good flex and stretch in the arm band to hold snug to your arm without feeling like you're about to give blood. The main pocket holds a Samsung Galaxy S10 with room to spare. And the zippers actually provide better access to my phone than I had with a previous arm band with the "touch screen window". Inside pocket for an ID or credit card. Outside pocket is large enough to hold a powerbar, or sunglasses. This is lighter, has more room, is more comfortable, and breathes better than the neoprene one it's replacing. Only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because of the zipper pulls on the main compartment. They are lightweight metal and clink together when running. Not a deal-breaker, just mildly annoying.
