When the bag came I didn't check the port of bag, but when put my phone on charge, It is not working. I have sent complain on DTBG mail they didn't even responded my mail. and also i put question on amazon to seller for the claiming warranty the didn't even give any respond. And also bag is torn from the shoulder side even i didn't put any heavy weight. My bag only contains laptop and one book. They are claiming that you can put 30 kgs of weight in this bag. This bag is under the warranty period.
