I can always see real-time w no lag or issues whenever I need to check out home cams from the office. Great 24/7 customer service too. Joyce Wang was super helpful and professional. She helped me set it up right away. I'll be ordering another outdoor camera next ### ⭐⭐ Zmodo has no technical service *by C***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2017* The cameras work OK and are relatively easy to set up. The resolution is somewhat low. I would recommend going with 1080p full HD if you really want to have details of what is going on. The biggest issue that I've had with the system is that I cannot get it to actually record, and worse, Zmodo's technical service team is abysmal. I have called several days in a row and their wait time for customer service is over two hours. They do not have an option for a callback, and they don't respond to emails. If the system worked and recorded it would be a decent system for the price, but Zmodo's technical service is lacking. ### ⭐ Didn't work *by T***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2017* One camera holder broke immediately. It was necessary to connect / re connect to network constantly. Notified (Alerts) during time it was scheduled to me off (Home).
