I work out 5 days/week including weight training. I used the Armband for 2 days and was surprised to find that it stayed firmly in place on my left upper arm at all times. One size fits most. I am a larger than average woman, and had no trouble at all with fit or comfort.The Go-Sleeve is very versitile. It has one clear vinal pocket, and right next to that is another pocket made of the same polyester material as the Armband itself. Both pockets have a velcro closure system at the top.The clear vinal pocket is intended for many makes and models of Mp3 players such as; iPod, Zone, Zen, Freestyle, Samsung, and more.I decided to try out the Go-Sleeve with my cell phone instead of an iPod. Using my cell phone seemed more practical for safety reasons while away from home, as well as for streaming music while at the gym. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 cellphone, which is slightly larger than later Galaxy modles. At first glance I wasn't sure that it would fit in the vinal packet, but much to my surprise, it slid in easily without the need to force or manipulate it into place.It fit two-thirds of the way into the pocket and remained in place throughout my workout.The second polyester pocket held my ID and an inhaler. The inhaler made it look bulky, but fit without force, and was comfortable to wear. After my workout there was ample room in this pocket to store my earbuds to ensure that I would never forget to take them with me. Bonus!Over all I gave this product a 4. I would have given it a 4.5, but that option was not available during this review.I gave it a 4 because when I opened the polyester pocket the thread on the velcro came undone from the Armband. The velcro is important to contain your ID or other valuable items securely in the pockt. Although this is a simple manufacture defect, it did occur.Overall, this product worked very well for me.
