Looking forward to trying the cooling, or should I say kool packs on our next warm weather hike. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Confusing concept *by L***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2022* After looking at the pictures and reading the reviews, I was under the impression the “kool packs” were going to be cold, which is what keeps the dog cool.However, after I emailed the engineer he told me the “kool packs” aren’t meant to be cold at all because that could cause freeze burn.
