It's comparable to any other belt of it's type, no better and no worse.The thing that lets it down is that you CANNOT adjust it while wearing it.There are many that claim that you can, but I can tell you it is impossible. You MUST take the belt off, adjust it, then put it back on and try the fit. This is not what you want to be doing when in the field or at work so I gave this belt 2 stars simply because it's an utter pain to wear.If you are into something sporty or action and it drops even by a small amount you have to take it off to adjust it. It feels even more impressive than the Aizesi belt I've been wearing on my jeans recently plus putting a clean pair on will no longer require the belt to be taken apart (one end) as the male part is narrow enough to fit through belt hoops around 45mm; (guessing)The quality of construction lives up to the military inspiration and securely clicks when fastened like the seat belt in a car. The photo is my previous Aizesi belt which is also good....
