Cows milk is for calves.Whether you are lactose intolerant, dieting, vegan, watching sugar levels or just love the taste of almonds and coconut I can give this the big thumbs up.One thing to note is it’s not a thick, creamy liquid. Nothing like normal milk in that way. I normally buy Alpro no sugar almond milk which has no sugars in it whatsoever and such low fat and calories.
