It was hard to roll into the store because of its height and the fact that they had a wooden protective shell around the wheels that took a while to dislodge but I believe it was necessary to protect them. It was wrapped professionally and no damage at all. So far I am happy with it in its first couple of weeks. It is pretty quiet and notice that if the door doesn't open for a while it makes a slight noise that probably has to do with defrosting. It stops after a few seconds so I don't foresee this as a problem. Its a great display for my frozen food and ice cream. If anything changes will post. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars BUYER BEWARE!! The day our freezer stopped working was Thursday June 25th, the day I emailed MCP-Distributions about warranty. We did not have this freezer for 2 years before it stopped working.They say I am covered under the 5 year compressor warranty and offered to send me a compressor BUT require that I pay for ALL shipping costs (they have not told how much that will be) and ALL the labor to install it. Which has been quoted to me from a reputable local company at over $400.00. This company is now asking me for a photo of the compressor to see if they have one they can send me. It’s suspicious that they don’t know which compressor belongs to this model of freezer.The emails from Todd via his manager Wes have now become rude in tone and their customer service is appalling. I gave them several opportunities to make things right and they refused.Listed below are actual copy and pasted proof of the information I knew when originally purchasing from this company and the information they have given me since starting this whole process.A.
