I was able to hook it on to his harness strap on the stroller and then attach a toy on the end. It didn't work great on a "slick" toy (like the Fisher Price Remote Toy), but worked great with toys that had a place for hook/loop. They are a perfect length for the stroller, swing and bouncy chair. I also like that one end has a larger attachment opening, and one has a smaller opening. I purchased them because a photo showed that it fit perfectly around Sophie the Giraffe's neck (which it does!). Unfortunately they are made with a very rough velcro. I wish they were made with the soft velcro Summer Infant uses on their SwaddleMe. I have considered looking for a nicer velcro at a craft store and switching it.
