This item is not perfect but it has been great for me.Pros:- easy to grip- adjustable weights so you can go 2.5 lbs and 5 lbs heavier or lighter with small aluminum looking cylinders in the main weight.- affordable compared to powerblocksCons:- takes time to adjust between weights when pushing yourself (ie. going from max to 5lbs lighter, to 10 lbs lighter, etc.)- The weights chip and dent easily but if you have a mat this will not be a problem (I do this straight on my garage floor). This doesn't bother me too much. I need it to be heavy, not scratch resistant.- bulky so it can limit range of motion for certain exercises but works fine for a majority.Overall, I enjoyed this product. The few inconveniences are annoying, I have to admit, but not enough for me not to recommend this item. I hope that they can bring this back so I can buy another one.
