I spend to much money on my candle making hobby. This is a nice product that I feel it is worth spending money on. Yes, I could do it without this wick and make my own. However, it is the one shortcut I do allow myself. I like the easy way it is to center the wick when using these and they stay in place on the sticker. I paid full price for this product.
