You can view videos on Youtube or use the Wall Chart to look at exercises. **Q: How easy it is to move from folded to the room/position you want to use it in? Is it heavy? How much space do you need?** A: It folds in the middle and has wheels to help move it, but you wouldn’t want to keep moving it as it’s fairly heavy. It’s longer than a single bed when extended and you need a width of about 3 ft when using it so you can get on and off and move your arms out. Its very close to the ground so you can’t really do hand extensions. Also the foam pads for the shoulders sit loose and keep moving as you move. Also the pulley sets sit loose and can come out while are working out. Tension cords are also tricky to use and you feel that they can snap.
