I can't comment on the durability as I've not had it long enough but it is definitely watertight. It's a perfect size to use for my daily work items and to keep my 14"laptop dry between clients and the office. I wanted a waterproof alternative to my leather satchel for work and this fits the bill perfectly. Looks great and not too heavy. It could only be better if it had a net pocket for a waterbottle outside. Good size pocket inside though for keys and pens making them easy to find, very handy as with any dry bag it's quite deep when open (because of the roll top) so I'd be scrabbling around trying to find small things otherwise. I will be buying another of these for personal use as its so good. I'm no diver, kayaker etc but do like to go walking and camping a lot, this will be a perfect alternative to my usual backpack which is definitely not waterproof. Comfortable and versatile straps with a choice of how to use them as they attach by clips and D rings.
